Offshore online companies and UK taxes

With all the recent UK gambling laws on UK taxes, it seems that offshore companies need to pay UK taxes after all.
There is no need to setup a place in UK, to pay taxes. All online betting bookmakers need to pay UK taxes if they are targeting the UK punters.
There is a new license that will force the offshore UK gambling company to attain a UK gambling license before they are allowed to take bets from the UK punters. Moreover, this new license will make them pay the UK Betting Levy.
The Sports Minister, Gerry Sutcliffe, sees the UK betting levy as a fair share for all the online bookies. He believes that this should be implemented and everybody needs to pay its share of taxes to the UK government.
UK betting levy may be bad news for online betting companies, especially the ones who escaped the UK betting levy such as Ladbrokes and William Hill. Moving offshore has led to more damage than good.
The UK government will enforce the regulations of tax charges for all online bookmakers targeting UK citizens.
